At the beginning of the game, every participant gets the same amount of funds. The players take turns rolling the dice and moving their tokens the number of squares corresponding to the roll. On the board, each square represents either a piece of property or an event. If a participant lands on an unowned property, they have the option to purchase it. However, if it's already claimed by another player, they must pay a rental fee. The more houses you have on your properties, the greater the rent that other participants must pay. Defeat in the «Financial Empire» happens when a participant runs out of money required to pay rent, taxes, or fines. In such a scenario, the player is declared bankrupt.
